Our Work

The projects below highlight some of the creative solutions we have implemented for clients across different industries.

City of Philadelphia REBUILD – Bid Package 1 and 2 

As part of the city of Philadelphia REBUILD Program, Facility Strategies, LLC, in conjunction with Corona Partners, supported Parks & Recreation and the Free Library of Philadelphia on the restoration of the Kingsessing Recreation Center. Built in 1916, the project required a new roof, replacement of all windows, masonry repointing and waterproofing. Once completed, the interiors were renovated to include new LED lighting, HVAC system, new basketball gym floor, new finishes, and furniture. Simultaneously, the playground and athletic fields were completely redesigned. The athletic field included a new underground stormwater drainage system. The turf was striped to accommodate soccer, baseball, football, rugby and lacrosse. Total project cost: $28 Million dollars.

Air Protein

Air Protein, located in San Leandro, California, created a new Innovation and Product Development facility in a vacated Kellog’s factory. The location included a corporate branding facility, multiple R&D laboratories, and a scalable pilot plant. STM Unlimited, LLC in cooperation with Facility Strategies, LLC provided design and project management services. It was a 20-month project schedule from concept, design, testing and occupancy. 

Laborers District Council Training Center

Facility Strategies, LLC, in conjunction with Camille Peluso Architects, supported the construction of the Samuel Staten, Jr. Training & Learning Center for the Laborers District Council, located at 1333 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. Our services included full project administration and construction management, ensuring that the facility was delivered efficiently and on schedule. We also coordinated structured cabling, low-voltage systems, controlled access, and security installations. The project was awarded a General Building Contractors Association Award for Best Educational Institutional Project.
